Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health At Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver in-home infusion care in Eatontown, New Jersey. The role focuses on one patient at a time, providing meaningful 1:1 nursing in a home setting with a flexible schedule.

Requirements include an RN license, 1+ year of RN experience, IV insertion skills, and proficiency with Google Suite / MS Office. BSN preferred and IV competency testing is part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1+ year of RN experience.
• Ability/insertion of IVs (vascular access).
• VAD course or in-house training with practicum may be required.
• Infusion competency test with score ≥80%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, in-home nursing care to patients.
• Perform IV insertions and venous access as per protocol.
• Administer infusions and monitor patient status.
• Document care and collaborate with care team.
