Job summary

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and proof of required insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Carries out job assignments and documents care given.
• Completes assessment and Plans of Care (POC) accurately.
• Consults with clients regarding health and self-care techniques.
• Coordinates patient care and verifies supplies ordered.

Skills

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

Current license by the State Board of Nurse Examiners

Two years hospital-based obstetrical/women's health experience
