Job summary

Atulo Health is seeking an Infusion RN for flexible Per Diem/PRN opportunities across Wisconsin. You will deliver infusion therapies in patients' homes or infusion suites, with scheduling based on referrals and area coverage.

Candidates should have a Wisconsin RN license, home infusion experience, and a current BLS certification. Independent work, strong communication, and care coordination are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites.
• Flexible scheduling based on referrals and service area.
• Administer IVIG/SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologics, TPN, and other therapies.
• Perform medication administration, patient assessment, monitoring, documentation, and patient education.
• Coordinate with patient's care team.
