Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse - PRN in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves administering IV treatments in ambulatory infusion suites and patients’ homes, teaching IV management to patients and caregivers, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to prioritize patient care.

Requires an RN license, current CPR, and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience with venous access skills; PICC/PORT training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• PICC/PORT training is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to patients requiring IV treatment.
• Administers IV therapies at AIS or patient home.
• Determines venipuncture and catheter sites.
• Observes and records patient responses in medical records.
• Educates patients and caregivers on IV management.
