Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients needing IV treatment
• Administer IV therapies in AIS and patient homes
• Determine venipuncture/catheter sites and monitor treatment
• Educate patients and caregivers on IV management
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately
• Attend care conferences and participate in on-call triage after hours
