Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate home/institutional infusion care under a physician plan of care. You will supervise and educate patients, families, and junior staff while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.

Applicants must hold an active RN license in the state, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. The role requires travel as needed and supports a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care; educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and documents status for physician review.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care to support billing timelines.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries with instructions.
