Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, ensuring patient safety and plan adherence under physician orders.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience. Travel to patient homes will be required, with a focus on high-quality, compassionate care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Licensure to operate a motor vehicle with valid insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and caregivers.
• Documents during visits and ensures timely billing support.
• Communicates with clinical team and physicians to adjust care as needed.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I and supports nursing staff as assigned.
