Atulo Health is seeking a Home & Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem/PRN opportunities in various Illinois service areas, including Chicago & Surrounding Suburbs. The role involves delivering direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients in homes or infusion suites with a flexible schedule.
Candidates should have active California RN licensure, at least 1 year of home infusion experience, and current BLS certification.
Competenze
- Active and unrestricted California RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and care team.
Mansioni
- Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites.
- Administer IVIG, SCIG, and other prescribed therapies as ordered.
- Assess patients, monitor treatments, and document care.
- Educate patients and coordinate with the care team.
- Communicate with pharmacies and providers to ensure seamless care.
