Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN) based in Charleston, WV. You will provide in-home infusion therapy, assess patients, administer IV medications, and educate caregivers, with regular travel to patient residences.

This role requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion or home health. Travel up to 2 hours from Charleston is required; schedule averages 5–10 hours/week, with compensation per hour and mileage

Qualifications

RN with active license and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
Infusion/home health experience preferred (1 year).
Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from Charleston, WV.
Must maintain valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Pre-employment drug screen as part of background check.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
Administer prescribed IV medications and monitor infusion for adverse reactions.
Perform pre-treatment assessments and monitor vital signs during infusion.
Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and aftercare.
Document infusion details and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Coordinate with pharmacy and nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
