CSI Pharmacy in Columbus, OH is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN or Part-Time) to provide in-home infusion therapy and related nursing tasks. Under supervision, you will assess patients, administer IV medications, educate caregivers, and support pharmacy operations with documentation and inventory control.

Travel up to 2 hours from residence is required, with compensation for hourly work and mileage.

Formación

• Must hold an RN license and be eligible to practice in Ohio.
• Minimum 2 years infusion nursing experience (preferred).
• Able to travel to patient homes up to 2 hours away.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
• Administer IV and subcutaneous medications per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and home infusion care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infusion process and outcomes.
