Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse Supervisor in Charleston, WV. The role includes patient assessment, IV access, medication administration, and education.

Additionally, the nurse will support pharmacy operations, maintain nursing and medication records, manage inventory, and prepare orders. Travel up to 2 hours from Charleston is required and compensated hourly plus mileage.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license and 2 years of infusion/home health experience (Required).
• Must be able to travel up to 2 hours from Charleston, WV and provide care at patient residences.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
• Administer IV/SC medications per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient during and after infusion; respond to adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and post-infusion care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infusion processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure coordinated care.
