Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader to head home infusion operations onsite in Northeast Ohio. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences and leading cross-functional teams to meet production and quality goals.

Candidates should hold a PharmD with active license and at least 3 years of progressive leadership in related healthcare operations, with a track record in process optimization and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or complex healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies supporting growth and long-term success.
• Lead home infusion operations to ensure high-quality service and patient experience.
• Drive performance against production goals, onboarding targets, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance scalability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends and implement solutions to improve productivity, profitability, and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers, referral sources, payers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop operational leaders fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, payer, and company requirements.
