CarepathRx in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Director of Home Infusion to lead and elevate our home infusion operations onsite. You will shape strategy, inspire teams, and partner with health systems to deliver exceptional care for patients, providers, and referral partners.

This executive role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy with an active license, 3+ years of progressive leadership in home infusion, and a track record of improving productivity, quality, and financial performance through data-driven

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in home infusion or related operations.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement models, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to improve performance through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth and goals.
• Lead home infusion operations to ensure efficient service and patient experience.
• Drive performance against production, onboarding targets, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement for scalability, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze performance trends and implement productivity, profitability, and referrals improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral sources, payers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop leaders, fostering accountability and collaboration.
