Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in San Francisco, CA and surrounding areas. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination of home infusion therapies.

Must be a licensed RN in California with experience in infusion therapy. On-call rotation and driving to patient homes are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN Degree or equivalent nursing degree.
• On-call rotation experience preferred (nights/weekends).
• CA RN license required.
• Experience in infusion therapy preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy.
• Educate patient/care partner on home infusion care and safety.
• Evaluate home environment and identify safety interventions.
• Develop and monitor plan of care with the team.
• Coordinate care via approved company platform.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.
• Document communications at time of service per policy.
