Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care at home or in an infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care per a physician plan.

The role emphasizes teaching patients and families, documenting visits in real time, and coordinating with the clinical team. Travel up to 100% may be required, with licensure and CPR credentials ongoing.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care electronically.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Provides direct patient care, administers medications, educates patients and caregivers.
• Reassesses patient needs and communicates changes to physicians promptly.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I staff to ensure safety and compliance.
• Documents care in real-time and supports billing processes.
