Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse in the Aurora, CO area to provide primary patient care for infusion therapies in home and alternate sites. You will assess, plan, educate, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective therapy, with a schedule that typically runs Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm and occasional evenings/weekends.

Requirements include an active Colorado RN license, BSN preferred, and 3+ years infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the Colorado Board of Nursing in good standing.
• RN degree (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background preferred.
• Emergency availability; on-call and non-standard hours as required.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Office; familiarity with AlayaCare, Insight, CPR+, Concur, Paylocity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients, including assessments and care planning.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy and safety procedures.
• Assess home environments and intervene to ensure safety and appropriateness of care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team and monitor therapy response.
• Coordinate patient care through approved company platforms and communicate scheduling changes.
