Job summary

Kaplan International is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN or Part-Time) in Columbus, OH. You will provide in-home infusion therapy, administer prescribed medications, monitor patients, and educate families, with travel to patient residences as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and active clinical practice required.

• Ability to travel to patient residences within reasonable driving distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient homes.
• Administer IV and other medications per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions during infusion and respond to adverse events.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, responses, and education.
