Job summary

Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion site under close supervision.

Qualified applicants hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience; willingness to travel 100%. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plans of care in home or infusion sites.
• Educates patients and families; documents care and coordinates with the clinical team.
• Assists with discharge planning and maintains compliance with policies and regulations.
• Responds to patient requests and follows physician orders for plan of care revisions.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and participates in ongoing training.
