Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Sugar Hill, GA and surrounding areas. The role includes assessments, care planning, education, and coordination for home infusion therapies in line with clinical standards.

You will collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, care partners, and team members; manage on-call rotations; ensure timely documentation; and maintain proficiency in Soleo therapies and policies.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with applicable state Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background.
• ICU or Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
• Participation in on-call rotation, including nights/weekends.
• Valid driver's license with no significant restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of home infusion therapy.
• Educate patient and care partner on safely administering infusion therapies.
• Evaluate home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and adjust plan of care with the team; assess response to therapy.
• Coordinate patient care via approved platform and communicate scheduling changes.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to support customers.
• Document encounters and care activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
