Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Marietta, GA area. This role provides direct nursing care in home or alternate sites, with a focus on infusion therapies and patient education.

You will collaborate with the care team, manage schedules, participate in an on-call rotation, and travel within a 1-hour radius as needed. Our benefits include competitive wages, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the applicable state in good standing.
• 3+ years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• ICU and/or Cardiac Care experience preferred but not required.
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, including initiation and maintenance of communication with care team.
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environment and intervene to ensure safety.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with team members.
• Manage schedule via company platform and coordinate patient care.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation and document encounters per policy.
