Job summary

Naven Health in the United States is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, under supervision, aligned with a physician’s plan of care.

You will administer medications, educate patients and families, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure documentation is completed in real time for billing and compliance. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Infusion nursing experience 0-2 years.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
• Provides teaching to patients and families to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Documents care in real time and ensures compliance with billing and regulatory timelines.
