Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician's plan of care. Works under structured supervision of the designated supervisor.

You will coordinate nursing plans, mentor Infusion Nurse I staff, document in real time during visits, and communicate with the clinical team to optimize care and billing timelines. Travel to patient sites is required.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs, documents progress, and communicates changes to physicians and care teams.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Delivers patient-centered teaching to promote independence with prescribed therapy.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares summaries for transfer of care.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
