Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to physician plans.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, documenting care in real time, and coordinating discharge as needed. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software.

Aufgaben

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Ensures documentation is completed in real time and compliant with billing timelines.
• Collaborates with clinical team to adapt care plans as needed.
• Supervisory/mentoring duties as applicable and training of other nurses.
