Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. Works under structured supervision to maintain continuity and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing nursing plans, educating patients and families, and adapting care plans based on patient status and physician orders.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, infusion preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments; evaluates progress toward goals.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care, performs treatments and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to changes in patient status or physician orders.
