Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II for Murray, UT, in the Ambulatory Infusion Clinic. The role entails coordinating and delivering intermediate nursing care under a physician's plan, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and compliance.

The RN must hold an active license in the practice state with at least 1 year of nursing experience and CPR certification. BSN preferred, with opportunities to grow professionally in a nationwide infusion care leader.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Maintains clear documentation and communicates with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
