Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to service home infusion patients in Bull Head City, AZ and surrounding locations. You will provide admissions, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion patients, delivering high-quality care in patients' homes.

Candidates should have strong IV placement skills and familiarity with implanted ports/central lines/PICC lines, plus organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong IV placement and infusion skills.
• Experience with implanted ports, central lines, and PICC lines is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily EMR documentation for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up visits for home infusion patients.
• Administer infusions and adjust care plan per physician orders and policy.
