Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Sandy Springs, GA area. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and care partners, and coordinate care with the healthcare team in home or alternate settings.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN preferred, and infusion therapy experience. On-call rotations and travel within a 1-hour radius are involved. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state with good standing.
• BSN preferred; high priority.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook and Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage infusion therapy education.
• Collaborate with care team including pharmacists and prescribers.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies and policies.
