Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Marietta, GA area. You will provide direct patient care for infusion therapy, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and care partners to ensure safe and effective home-based nursing services.

The role requires strong collaboration with pharmacists and physicians, ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional on-call, and a valid RN license.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in the state with current credentials.
• BSN degree is preferred; ADN accepted with experience.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• ICU or cardiac care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapies and related nursing services.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and home care partners.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy and safety.
• Document encounters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
