Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in Sandy Springs, GA and the surrounding area. The nurse will provide primary patient care, assessments, care planning, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and care partners; educating patients on home infusion safety; documenting encounters; and participating in on-call rotations to

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• 3+ years nursing, infusion therapy preferred.
• On-call rotation including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver's license with good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and manage infusion therapy plans.
• Coordinate with care team and community resources.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters.
• Participate in on-call rotation ensuring continuous support.
