Job summary

Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network delivering specialized infusion care. The Infusion Nurse I provides basic direct patient care in homes or infusion sites and works under supervision to ensure safety and continuity of care under a physician’s plan of care.

Responsibilities include administering therapies, educating patients and families, documenting care in real time, and coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or infusion settings preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care in home or infusion sites.
• Administers therapies and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates with physicians and clinical team for plan of care.
• Prepares real-time documentation for billing and records.
• Assists with discharge planning and care transitions.
• Maintains HIPAA and agency policies and procedures.
