Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion site under supervision. You will support treatments, educate patients and families, and document care in real time to aid billing and continuity of care.

Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and comfort with electronic charting. Travel to patient sites is expected as part of this role, with responsibilities including coordinating discharge planning when needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (in-person class per policy).
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic plan of care treatments.
• Participates in direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and documents findings.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepares discharge summaries and coordinates discharge planning.
