Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Temecula, CA to support the safe, timely admissions to NuFactor services and to coordinate patient care across departments. You will manage nursing schedules, serve as a clinical resource for subcontracted nurses, and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires a nursing license (RN or LPN), strong organizational skills, and experience in home infusion or infusion therapies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing or registered nursing program.
• Full, current, and unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central clinical resource for nursing matters, including after-hours and weekends.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families for documentation and treatment coordination.
• Facilitate safe transition to home care and evaluate placement needs and home environment.
