Job summary

Lowe's in Texas is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find home improvement products, and provide friendly service throughout the sales floor and checkout.

You may assist with locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience in various departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Paint.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide friendly service.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Train in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Assist in department-based tasks (paint, hardware, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
