Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including data entry.
• 6 months experience with retail devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise to meet needs.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., load paint, cut and bundle items) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout, and perform other duties as assigned.
