Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Pineville, LA to greet customers, help them find home improvement products, answer questions, and process orders with accuracy and care. You may work across departments and assist with stocking, merchandising, and checkout tasks while delivering friendly service throughout the day.

Competenze

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Prolonged standing and physical ability to lift 25 lbs

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tinting, pipe work, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
