Lowe’s in Brandon, FL is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will answer questions, assist with merchandise and process orders while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing or sitting
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
