Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying)
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies on the floor
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service delivery
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
