Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Florida to greet customers, help them find products, and handle purchases with care. You’ll work across departments, support loading merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met daily in a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other areas to deliver top-notch service in a busy home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months using common retail devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Able to perform duties requiring standing, sitting, and varied activities.
• Minimum 25 lbs lifting, unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, answer questions with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
