Job summary

Sears in Waterbury, CT is seeking Sales Reps for Home Improvement exterior and interior products. Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Willing to work five days including Saturdays and flexible hours.
• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments with a personal vehicle.
• Close sales from pre-set, pre-qualified appointments/leads.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups.
• Complete 3 weeks of paid training.
• Accurately document contracts and client details.
