Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, manage orders/installations, and follow up for completion.
• If in Pro, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock merchandise.
