Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to be a first point of contact for customers, helping them find products and turn ideas into reality. You will be the store's product expert, communicating specs, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months in Lowe’s retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates and orders.
• Assist in external accounts in the Pro Department if applicable and support sales goals.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to maintain stock levels.
• Train associates and contribute to a positive sales floor environment.
