Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe's products.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling orders and estimates.
• Assist with price reviews and maintenance of pricing and documentation.
• Train associates and coach on development needs on the Sales floor.
