Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience; or 3 years external sales if education not met.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, including estimates, scheduling, and order tracking.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to maintain stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and in-store communications.
• Train associates and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
