Job summary

Lowe's Sales Specialist role involves guiding customers in selecting home improvement products, answering questions, and helping realize project goals. You will be the face of the store, informing customers about specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

You’ll work across multiple departments based on hiring needs and skillsets. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, basic math, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with strong customer service experience.
• Ability to meet sales goals while offering helpful product guidance.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; able to stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and outlining product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, processing orders and installations.
• Support external accounts in Pro Department and monitor inventory with vendors.
• Price reviews per policy and maintain pricing documentation.
• Assist with checkout, requests for assistance, and on-the-floor coaching.
