Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience.
• 6 months of retail technology experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods while performing duties.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare items in the department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
