Wayfair is seeking a Home Improvement Specialist for our Yonkers store to guide customers through renovation projects with consultative selling, product knowledge, and personalized planning. You will build trust, create project quotes, and leverage Endless Aisle and Wayfair tools to present complete home improvement solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• 1+ year of experience with Home Improvement products in at least 1 category.
• Open Availability; must work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Can read and understand English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build authentic customer relationships by asking thoughtful questions to understand project goals, timelines, budgets, style preferences, and installation needs.
• Support customers through high-consideration purchases across flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and more.
• Create project quotes and compare solutions to fit customer needs.
• Assist with store operations, merchandising, and inventory support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Leverage digital tools and endless aisle capabilities to access extended inventory.
