Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Home Improvement products in at least one category (bathroom, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, etc.).
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships by asking questions to understand goals, timelines, budgets, and installation needs.
• Guide customers through high‑consideration purchases across flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures.
• Create project quotes, compare solutions, and plan installations.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and inventory tasks to ensure a smooth experience.
