Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and sign contractor partners in the market.
• Manage contractor relationships and promote financing solutions.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management.
• Operate as a self-starter with minimal lead support in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Contribute to hiring, promotion, and performance reviews of team members and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA and related laws and company policies.
