Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking an experienced Home Improvement Door-to-Door Manager to lead, train, and grow a canvassing team. This role operates in the field, coaching in real-time and driving production through hands-on leadership.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, lead meetings, and develop route strategies while tracking performance to boost results. A car or truck is required to perform in-field duties.

Qualifications

• Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Home improvement or related home-services experience.
• Experience building and training canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.
