Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking an experienced In-Field Lead Generation Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This role requires you to be in the field, coaching your team and driving production.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, lead meetings, build route strategies, and track performance to boost team results.

Qualifications

Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience
Home improvement or related home-services experience
Experience building and training canvassing teams
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Must have a car or truck
